2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

5.1 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
- UBRETAIL LLC has no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount.
- Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
- If a package is refused or unclaimed due to customs issues, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Note: We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an international order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly on the courier’s official website using the tracking number provided.
- Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
- If you have not received a tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder.

7. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we are unable to ship to the following:
- P.O. Boxes (for certain courier services — please use a physical address)
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses (availability varies by courier)

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
8.1 Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check your tracking information for updates.
- Allow an additional 2–3 business days as delays can occur due to weather, customs, or courier volume.

8.2 Lost Shipments
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management for the package.
- Contact the courier directly with your tracking number.

8.3 Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ubretail.com. Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged package and product
- A brief description of the damage
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. UBRETAIL LLC is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

- Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
- Re-delivery or return shipping costs due to address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.
